When the building inspection uncovered an issue with our roof, Sally was able to keep all parties happy by negotiating a small price reduction. Sally does not back down until all options have been explored. It's refreshing to meet a realtor with such passion and commitment to both her vendors and purchasers.

Another refreshing attribute of Sally's approach is her preference for private viewings. There is an unspoken need for open homes, however Sally will never pigeon hole purchasers into the open home times. Having purchased with Sally originally we can testify she was always able to accommodate our busy schedule.
