Selling the property was a sensitive matter for the family and I had requested to Kylie that we would have no signage on the property until it was sold with settlement ready to go.  Photos of the outside was taken and we discussed no Open home just viewing by appointment.  Despite our request Kylie definitely respected that which was much appreciated.  Thanks Kylie

 Kylie ways of discussing and giving us feedback on the open homes, the biggest for me is the communication piece and Kylie had that for sure.  Even if you asked her a question she happily answered it even when I called her after hours.

We had 3 agencies lined up for an apprasial, Kylie was the one that came through well prepared with folder and information about the property even though we called the day before to organise a meeting.  She came into the house and took her shoes of despite letting her know she could leave them on given it was cold, however she insisted which told us she understood culturally when you enter peoples house you take your shoes off.  She was the 1st agent we met, we met with the second and by then we had already decided on Kylie and cancelled the 3rd. She showed empathy towards my parents and greeted my parents despite their english been very minimal.  I dealt with Kylie mainly as I owned the property and felt she was patient with our situation on a professionally manner. 

We were aware via our community Facebook page and promotional material within our local paper 'Kapi-Mana' that Kylie lived in Pukerua Bay and we specifically called her to meet to discuss the sale of our home. Kylie was so knowledgeable and genuine and her understanding of the Pukerua Bay community and profile was outstanding. The market appraisal and associated documents were well presented and provided us with a good understanding of the process. Both of us felt very comfortable talking with Kylie and discussing how the sale of our home might proceed. 

Once again Kylie was so knowledgeable and genuine. She demonstrated a that she valued the work we had done on our home over the last 7 years and she, like us, values the Pukerua Bay community. She ensured we were really ready to sell our home, checking that we had no outstanding "repairs or renovations" in the wings and that we had all the information ready for potential buyers well ahead of time. Kylie really made us feel like she was working for us as a vendor. We felt supported and safe. She handled all enquiries, checked in with us regularly, provided great feedback information post open homes and checked in with to just make sure we were doing ok!

Clear and honest information and feedback. Kylie went the extra mile to make sure we were in the best position to buy and sell and everything worked out perfectly!

Kylie was absolutely superb to deal with. She is very honest , friendly , and very thorough. I was impressed when I first spoke with her, when she said “ oh I can call into the council and see what’s in the building files for you”. 

We have been looking for a new place to live for some months and have met quite a few agents from many companies and we personally feel like Kylie is the best agent we have come across for getting back to you with answers to questions, and general helpfulness. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Kylie. 

The property we were successful in getting was the 8th property we offered on so you can imagine how many agents we have been dealing with. Kylie was outstanding and in all our time over the last few months looking for properties Kylie has been the best agent we have dealt with. She gave honest advice , she was friendly and made what a stressful time this could have been very relaxed. I highly recommend Kylie and will be passing on her details to anyone that needs an agent (or will use Kylie ourselves if needed in future). Both myself and my partner are very appreciative of what Kylie has done for us and I can't sing her praises more. Thanks heaps
